Carolina Trace Questers

Quester groups seek to renovate and preserve historical places.  Many of these members remember the house before renovations and were quite taken with the transformation.

Sanford Antique Club II

This is the second Sanford Antique Club group that toured BelleHavre.  Many recognized the antique collections but were amazed how well they were maintained and displayed.

The RedHats

We so look forward to having the RedHat groups that come to BelleHavre.  Every group has been interesting and fun, just enjoying life.  Thank you so much RedHats and we hope to see more groups soon.

Retired English Teachers

This lovely group of retired English Teachers toured BelleHavre with enthusiasm during the Christmas season.

Sanford Antique Club

We had an overwhelming response from the Sanford Antique Club to tour our home.  Nineteen ladies eagerly signed up and spent hours with us as they relaxed and made themselves at home.  It was hard to get pictures of so many at once so we opted for a group photo overlooking the back porch.  It was such a compliment to us that these ladies who are so familiar with their hobby of antiques found our presentation of collections to be remarkable.  Thank you Lisa Hillen for coordinating this lovely group.

Questers, Holly Hunters

The Holly Hunters of the Questers tour BelleHavre.  The Questers are collectors of antiques, collectibles and history and help to preserve and restore antiquities, buildings and historical sites.  We enjoyed sharing our collections with this knowledgeable group.

Brownstone Home and Garden Club

Margaret Post Rush-Kimrey and Hazel M. Freeman host their Garden Club Program at BelleHavre.  The ladies were delighted as they walked back in time and contributed ideas towards our herbal gardens.

       REDHATS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What a group, the Southern Sweet Taters take fun to another level!  I don't know who had more fun, this delightful group of ladies or us.  And me must thank all the RedHats for their rave reviews, you make our efforts worthwhile.  A special red hats off for Laura who helped make all these events so special.  We've become a regular with these ladies as they say we are their favorite stop.

ELEGANT DINING AT ITS FINEST

The Redhat's Thirteen Red Scarlets have fun in the Civil War Library while listening to historical stories only Ray can tell.  Soon they seat themselves at the formal dining settings which Ray teasingly refers to as "Diva Dining" and experience BelleHavre's gourmet delights.  Even the 1890 Dresden lady sitting as the dining centerpiece joins the fun with her crocheted red hat.  What a great time had by all.  Thank you RedHats.
